Hall Hire

Various rooms within the Tremadog Memorial Institute building are available for hire at very reasonable rates.

MAIN HALL
The Main Hall is located on the first floor is has an approximate floor area of 488.79 square feet (45.41 square metres).  A piano and a flat-screen monitor are available on request.

The Main Hall features an area measuring approximately 5.15×4.05m set back from the main part of the room. This is often used as a focal point (stage) during performances, but is equally suitable for use as a meeting space (seating 12 to 16, as shown in the photos), or as a rehearsal space. It can also be used for additional seating for the rest of the Main Hall if required.

KITCHEN
Also on the first floor is the Kitchen, which is equipped with a gas oven and hob, microwave and fridge. A serving hatch links the Kitchen to the Main Hall.

DISABLED ACCESS
A disabled toilet facility is located on the Ground Floor.

A lift with a maximum capacity of two persons allows disabled visitors access to the First Floor.

Short or Long-Term Office to Hire or Small Meeting Room
Located on the ground floor of the institute, it has a floor area of 13.10 square metres (141.05 square feet) has recently been refurbished and decorated to include a large comfortable desk & chair with a 4-drawer storage file, 4 large storage shelves, dry white board and a pin notice board.

It would be useful to anyone who would want an office for a short period or long term, or even for a day.

It could also be utilised for a small meeting room with seating and tables for 8 to 10 people.
